VRChat Club Night Manager: Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of VRChat Club Night Manager, a Discord app run by Anthony LeBlanc (“we”). By adding it to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms and to Discord’s Terms of Service.

What it does

Runs club nights for VRChat communities on Discord: an event schedule and RSVPs, and with Premium, DJ lineups, staff shifts and automatic announcements. It is a fan-made tool and is not made or endorsed by VRChat Inc.

Free and Premium

• The free tier is free. We may change what it includes or its daily limits.
• Premium ($3.99 a month per server) is sold and billed by Discord. Discord handles payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. We never see your card details.
• If you cancel, Premium features stop at the end of the period you paid for. Your saved data stays unless you ask us to delete it.

Fair use

Don’t use the app to break the law or Discord’s rules, harass people, or overload or attack it. We may block a server or user that does.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and correct, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs. You’re responsible for decisions you make using it.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Premium in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time by removing the app from your server. We may stop offering the app; if we do, we’ll give notice in the support server where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
