These terms cover your use of The Fates, a Discord app run by Anthony LeBlanc (“we”). By adding it to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms and to Discord’s Terms of Service.
An AI council for your server. You ask a question with a slash command and several AI personas answer and discuss it.
Answers are written by AI. They can be wrong, and they are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Check anything important yourself.
Don’t use the app to break the law or Discord’s rules, harass people, or overload or attack it. We may block a server or user that does.
The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and correct, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for your needs. You’re responsible for decisions you make using it.
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Premium in the 3 months before the claim.
You can stop at any time by removing the app from your server. We may stop offering the app; if we do, we’ll give notice in the support server where we can.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
