Apify Actors: Terms of Service

These terms cover the web data tools (“Actors”) that Anthony LeBlanc (“we”) publishes on the Apify Store. You run them through your own Apify account, so Apify’s Terms of Service also apply.

What the Actors do

Each Actor collects publicly available data from websites or public APIs, without logging in, and saves the results to your Apify account. They don’t solve captchas, get around logins, or collect people’s private contact details.

Your responsibilities

• Use the results lawfully. That includes copyright, database rights, privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA, and the source site’s own rules.
• Don’t use the Actors to collect personal data you have no lawful reason to process, or to send spam.
• Some sites limit how their data may be reused. Check before you republish or resell it.

Pricing and billing

Prices are shown on each Actor’s Store page, and Apify bills you. We may lower a price at any time. Apify gives at least 14 days’ notice before any increase.

No warranty

Websites change without warning, so an Actor can break or return incomplete data until we fix it. The Actors are provided “as is”, without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or uptime. Report problems through the Actor’s Issues tab on Apify.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Actor in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
